Our fruit juice filling machine is custom engineered for medium and low-viscosity beverages including fruit juice, fruit tea, fruit vinegar, functional drinks and pulp-containing beverages. It is available in a rinsing-filling-capping 3-in-1 monoblock configuration, hot filling or aseptic cold filling design. The complete machine is fabricated from stainless steel and operated by automatic PLC control system.
Equipped with high-temperature filling capability, material recirculation system, anti-foam filling valves and automatic CIP cleaning system, the equipment guarantees hygienic and safe production, superior filling accuracy and tight sealing performance. It can run independently, or be linked with blending systems, UHT sterilizers, bottle inversion sterilization units, cooling, labeling and packaging equipment to form a fully automated production line. We also deliver full-plant integrated solutions covering raw material processing all the way to finished product palletizing.
Compared with purified water, fruit juices contain sugar, acid substances, pulp particles and heat-sensitive nutrients, imposing stricter requirements on filling temperature, material homogeneity, equipment sanitation and aseptic working environment.
Targeting the unique characteristics of juice beverages, Anhui Najie has developed dedicated hot filling and aseptic cold filling product lines, compatible with juice products packed in PET bottles and glass bottles.
The whole line adopts a modular structure, allowing flexible integration of upstream and downstream units such as UHT ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilizer, vacuum degasser, homogenizer, bottle inversion sterilization conveyor and spray cooling tunnel to satisfy diversified production requirements for various juice beverages.

Complete production sequence:
Empty bottle feeding → Hot water / sterile water bottle rinsing → Hot product filling (or ambient-temperature aseptic filling) → Automatic cap sorting & capping → Bottle inversion sterilization (for hot filling process) → Spray cooling → Labeling & packaging
High level of automation enables unattended continuous production, greatly boosting throughput and cutting labor expenses. Variable frequency speed regulation allows energy consumption to adjust dynamically according to actual output. Water-saving cleaning structure is adopted to lower water and power consumption.
Consistent filling volume and stable liquid level control eliminate dripping and material waste. All product contact parts are manufactured from food-grade stainless steel without sanitary dead corners. The integrated CIP self-cleaning system conducts thorough cleaning and sanitization to avoid juice contamination and oxidation.
Fast bottle format changeover and adjustable filling volume are supported. The machine fits multiple containers including PET bottles, glass bottles and cans. It works seamlessly with clarified juice, cloudy juice and pulp-containing juice alike. With only minor component replacement, it can also handle non-carbonated liquids such as purified water and mineral water, delivering outstanding versatility.
Scientific structural design is equipped with comprehensive safety interlocks including overload protection, automatic stop on missing bottles or missing caps, and high-temperature alarm functions to minimize breakdown frequency. Premium materials are adopted for core components for outstanding durability, long service life and low maintenance costs.
Controlled via touchscreen HMI panel with intuitive parameter setting and real-time operation status display. The system triggers automatic fault alarms with troubleshooting prompts. Operators can master daily operation without professional technical training, further reducing labor costs.
