This automatic filling production line is tailor-made for carbonated alcoholic beverages, accomplishing bottle rinsing, isobaric filling, capping, sterilization and other processes. It effectively preserves CO₂ content in beer and prevents oxidation and microbial contamination. Compatible with glass bottles, aluminum cans, PET bottles and other packages, it supports industrialized and standardized mass beer production.
Beer is an alcoholic carbonated drink rich in flavor substances and active ingredients and highly susceptible to oxygen exposure. Oxygen triggers beer oxidation, deteriorates its flavor, generates unpleasant off-notes such as cardboard and bread aromas, and shortens shelf life. Meanwhile, CO₂ level directly determines beer taste and foaming performance. Accordingly, the core requirements for beer filling lie in low oxygen pickup and pressure-retaining filling.
Our rotary 3-in-1 monoblock unit (rinsing-filling-sealing/capping) performs CO₂ purging into empty containers before filling, or evacuates air via vacuuming plus CO₂ replacement to equalize the pressure inside containers with that of the product tank. The filling valve then opens to let beer flow in smoothly, eliminating violent turbulence, excessive foaming and CO₂ loss.
Equipped with an electronically controlled long-tube CO₂ replacement system, the dissolved oxygen pickup is controlled within 30–50 ppb. The liquid level accuracy reaches ±1–2 mm, and volumetric filling precision hits ±0.5%. The machine fits automated filling for bottled beer, canned beer, craft beer, non-alcohol beer and other carbonated beer products, widely adopted by small, medium and large breweries.

Beer production predominantly adopts the isobaric filling (back-pressure filling) process. CO₂ is injected into bottles first to build pressure equilibrium, then beer is fed gently while venting internal air. This greatly reduces foam overflow and beer oxidation, securing consistent taste and stable gas content.
Automatically depalletizes, conveys and arranges empty bottles for orderly feeding into the main machine, preventing jamming and bottle tipping.
Performs alkaline washing, hot water spraying, sterile water rinsing and hot air drying on new or returnable bottles to remove contaminants and microorganisms, fully complying with food hygiene standards.
The core module fitted with high-precision filling valves. Filling stops automatically without detected bottles, delivering uniform liquid level, controlled foaming and minimized product loss.
Automatically sorts, feeds and presses caps, achieving reliable sealing for crown caps, screw caps and more to stop gas leakage, liquid spillage and secondary contamination.
Equipped with tunnel pasteurizers featuring precise temperature control to extend beer shelf life and avoid bottle rupture caused by abrupt temperature changes.
Automatically executes labeling, production date inkjet coding, case packing, case sealing and palletizing to realize full-process automation.
Centralized PLC + touch screen control with pressure monitoring, fault alarming, production counting, safety interlock and other functions, delivering easy operation and stable running.
All beer-contact parts are manufactured from 304/316L stainless steel, featuring easy cleaning and corrosion resistance, meeting brewery hygiene specifications.
Full-process CO₂ back-pressure operation maximizes retained CO₂ and avoids flavor degradation from oxidation.
Smooth filling generates minimal foam and low beer loss, enabling high-speed continuous production.
Supports various bottle/can types and volumes with quick format changeover and adjustment.
Built-in protection against missing bottles, bottle jamming and overload, suitable for long-duration continuous industrial mass production.
