As an automated auxiliary packaging device, the self-adhesive labeling machine performs automatic labeling of self-adhesive stickers on various containers and flat products. Compatible with round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles, special-shaped bottles, flat cartons, packaging bags and other workpieces, it completes the full workflow of label separation, peeling, labeling and pressing via photoelectric sensing, precise conveying and deviation rectification positioning.
Boasting stable operation, high labeling accuracy and outstanding universal compatibility, the machine can work independently or be seamlessly linked with filling, capping and inkjet coding production lines. It is widely adopted in beverage, daily chemical, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries, serving as core equipment for standardized and automated packaging production.
Label rolls of self-adhesive stickers are loaded and fed at a constant speed by traction roller assemblies. Photoelectric sensors accurately detect label pitch and product position, commanding the peeling mechanism to strip labels automatically from their liner backing.
Products are conveyed steadily by chain conveyors, belt conveyors or limiting fixtures for fixed-point labeling at the designated station. A pressing roller then rolls and compresses the label to eliminate air bubbles and wrinkles, ensuring flat and firm adhesion.
The entire process is centrally regulated by the electrical control system to adjust running speed, spacing and labeling position, enabling continuous, constant-speed and high-precision automatic labeling.
