The online continuous inkjet coding machine is designed to match all types of beverage filling production lines and tailor-made for bottled, barreled, cartoned and pouch-packed drinks. Adopting continuous inkjet technology, it prints production dates, shelf life, batch numbers, traceability codes, anti-counterfeiting codes and other information rapidly and clearly onto bottle bodies, caps, bottle bottoms and outer packages.
Capable of 24/7 non-stop operation, the machine features waterproof, dustproof and anti-condensation properties to adapt to the high-humidity environment of filling workshops. It can be seamlessly connected with fillers, blow molding machines and labeling machines for coordinated operation. The printed marks are stable and abrasion-resistant with economical consumable costs, making it essential auxiliary equipment for standardized production, compliant marking and product traceability in the beverage industry.
The beverage-dedicated coder adopts mature small character Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) technology, perfectly fitting high-speed operating conditions of beverage production lines.
Ink is pressurized by the internal pressure system and ejected through a precision nozzle to form a continuous ink stream, which is split into uniform tiny ink droplets via crystal oscillation. The charging and high-voltage deflection system accurately controls the landing position of ink droplets. Once a photoelectric sensor detects a passing product, printing is triggered, and characters are precisely printed at the designated position on the beverage container. Unused ink droplets are automatically recovered and recycled inside a fully closed ink circuit, preventing ink volatilization and contamination and complying with hygiene specifications for the food and beverage sector.
The machine automatically synchronizes with line speed, updates date and time in real time, and increments serial numbers automatically to realize unattended online coding.
