The RO reverse osmosis system is an efficient purified water production device that separates water from dissolved salts by means of reverse osmosis membranes under applied pressure. It efficiently removes dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, colloids and organic contaminants from raw water, delivering consistently qualified product water. It is widely adopted in purified water production, boiler makeup water supply, electronic-grade ultrapure water fabrication, food & beverage processing and industrial water treatment sectors.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a membrane separation technology driven by pressure differential. When pressure exceeding the osmotic pressure of the feed solution is applied, water molecules are forced to pass through the semipermeable membrane, while dissolved inorganic salts, heavy metal ions, organic matter, microorganisms and other impurities are intercepted. This realizes raw water purification, desalination and refinement.
The process involves no phase change, requires no heating and generates little chemical waste discharge, featuring high separation efficiency as well as outstanding energy and environmental benefits.

Commonly composed of multi-media filters, activated carbon filters and cartridge security filters. It eliminates sediment, suspended solids, colloids, residual chlorine and organics from raw water to protect RO membranes from clogging, oxidation and mechanical scratching.
A high-pressure pump delivers the operating pressure required for reverse osmosis, serving as the core power component for stable membrane separation. It is equipped with constant pressure control and overload protection functions.
The core purification unit adopts spiral-wound composite RO membranes. Single-stage single-pass, single-stage multi-pass or multi-stage RO configurations can be customized according to target salt rejection rate and permeate flow rate.
Optional dosing units for antiscalants, reducing agents and pH regulators prevent scaling on membrane surfaces and eliminate residual chlorine, ensuring long-term stable service life of membrane elements.
Fitted with CIP chemical cleaning ports for membrane regeneration after fouling. Controlled by PLC plus touch screen, it supports real-time online monitoring of pressure, flow rate and conductivity, automatic flushing and fault alarming.
UV sterilizers, ozone disinfection units, polishing mixed beds or EDI modules can be integrated for further water quality upgrading to meet purified water and ultrapure water standards.
Single-stage salt rejection exceeds 98%; two-stage RO delivers even higher purity of product water.
Automated continuous water production with strong tolerance to fluctuations in feed water quality; permeate conductivity remains stable and adjustable.
No phase change and low power consumption, delivering lower operating costs compared with traditional distillation and other technologies.
Fully sealed stainless steel pipeline design avoids secondary contamination, complying with food and potable water hygiene specifications.
Modular layout occupies small floor space; membrane elements can be replaced conveniently, suitable for long-term non-stop continuous operation.
