The bottle inversion sterilizer is a continuous sterilization unit widely deployed on food and beverage production lines. It leverages the inherent high temperature of the filled product inside sealed bottles; bottles are flipped upside down so the hot liquid soaks the bottle neck and inner cap surfaces for thermal sterilization. Featuring a simple structure and stable operation, it is extensively applied to hot filling lines for fruit juice, tea beverages, dairy products, condiments and other products.
After hot filling and capping, sealed bottles are conveyed into the equipment by a transport chain. Guided by curved tracks, each bottle is rotated 180° to an inverted position. The high-temperature beverage directly contacts the bottle neck threads and inner wall of the cap for a preset dwell time, killing microorganisms via thermal effect to sterilize the sealing area and extend the product shelf life. Afterwards, bottles are rotated back to the upright posture and discharged downstream.

The entire machine is fabricated from stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, fully compliant with food hygiene standards.
Custom conveyor chains cooperate with holding star wheels to transport bottles steadily, preventing bottle slipping, squeezing or jamming during inversion.
Curved guide rails control smooth bottle rotation, stationary inverted dwell and automatic repositioning without mechanical impact.
Equipped with a variable frequency drive motor to adjust chain speed flexibly according to line throughput, precisely controlling sterilization holding duration.
Fitted with full safety enclosures; startup, shutdown and speed adjustment are managed by a PLC or electric control cabinet, with built-in overload protection and fault alarm functions.
Direct contact between hot product and sealing surfaces delivers consistent disinfection, effectively restraining the reproduction of mold and bacteria.
Sterilization relies entirely on the residual heat of the filled beverage, eliminating extra steam or external heating input to cut energy costs.
Gentle bottle rotation avoids bottle rupture, surface abrasion and label damage; compatible with PET bottles, glass bottles and more container types.
Seamlessly interlocks with filling machines, bottle warmers and cooling tunnels for full-line integration.
Small footprint, simple structure, low failure rate and easy upkeep, ideal for continuous large-scale mass production.
Primarily used for neck and cap sterilization of hot-filled bottled goods, including fruit juice, tea drinks, functional beverages, soy milk, vegetable protein drinks, sauces and condiments. It is an indispensable auxiliary machine for standard hot filling processes.
