The water treatment system is a complete set of equipment that purifies raw water (groundwater, tap water, surface water, wastewater, etc.) via physical, chemical and biological purification processes. It performs turbidity removal, deodorization, water softening, desalination, sterilization, heavy metal and organic matter elimination, yielding water that meets standards for drinking, production, water reuse or discharge. It is extensively applied in municipal water supply, industrial production, environmental water recycling, food & pharmaceutical industries and other sectors.
Custom-designed according to raw water quality and target effluent requirements, this integrated system combines pretreatment, core purification, disinfection as well as delivery and control modules. Unlike single filtering equipment, it relies on multi-stage coordinated processes to steadily remove suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, viruses, water hardness salts, COD, ammonia nitrogen and other contaminants, delivering consistently qualified effluent to satisfy safe water usage and eco-friendly discharge requirements.

Consists of raw water intake, grid interception, coagulation sedimentation, quartz sand/multi-media filtration and activated carbon adsorption. This stage primarily removes sediment, rust, suspended solids, colloids, discoloration, peculiar odor and partial organic substances to protect downstream core equipment.
Ion exchange technology removes calcium and magnesium ions to reduce water hardness and prevent scaling.
High-precision membrane separation technology for desalination and removal of heavy metals, bacteria and viruses, widely used for purified water and ultra-pure water production.
Retains colloids, bacteria and suspended solids, commonly adopted for potable water production and reclaimed water reuse.
UV sterilization, ozonation or sodium hypochlorite dosing is adopted to eliminate residual microorganisms and guarantee water safety. Some systems are equipped with pH adjustment, antiscalant dosing and dechlorination units.
Fitted with booster pumps, water tanks, pipelines and an automatic PLC control system. It supports on-line monitoring of liquid level, pressure, flow rate and water quality, as well as automatic start-stop, fault alarming and cleaning protection to ensure uninterrupted stable operation.
Target effluent standards are fully customizable, covering domestic drinking water up to industrial ultra-pure water grades.
Automated continuous operation delivers consistent treatment performance with strong resistance to raw water quality fluctuations.
Compatible with wastewater recovery subsystems to boost water utilization rate and cut operational costs.
Water-wetted parts are mostly constructed from stainless steel with no secondary pollution, complying with food and sanitary regulations.
